Phil Hansen

Phile Hansen | Clearlink CEO

Phil has over twelve years of experience developing and leading strategies and teams in the interactive marketing industry. As CEO, Phil oversees business development, manages client relations, and is responsible for driving the company's unique culture.

Phil is an active member of the community. In 2010 he founded TheHouse.org, a non-profit organization that connects like-minded individuals by facilitating small, localized events. As a frequent presenter, Phil regularly shares his ideas on acquisition marketing, culture and leadership.

In 2011 Phil was recognized as an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. He has also been featured as one of Utah's 40 business leaders under 40 by Utah Business Magazine.

Phil currently resides in Park City, Utah. He has four children and enjoys mountain biking, boating, skiing, soccer and golf.

Ben Henderson

From accountant and in-house counsel to CFO, Ben Henderson has spent the last several years gaining a deep-rooted understanding of core operations by working in a variety of roles within the organization. Now, as Chief Operating Officer, Ben oversees the development, daily management and optimization of all internal programs and processes.

  • In 2008, Utah Business featured Ben as CFO of the Year.
  • Degree in accounting from the University of Utah and J.D. from Brigham Young University

Hobbies:

  • Fly-fishing, water sports, playing basketball and traveling. Ben has four children.
Bruce Westenskow

Bruce Westenskow's extensive technological background has served CLEARLINK well since the beginning. As Chief Technology Officer, Bruce manages the continual development and expansion of all technological infrastructure; namely the complex data and phone networks so crucial to the business. Once the sole employee in the IT department, he now oversees 12 IT specialists.

  • MPrA from the University of Utah and a B.A. in Accounting and Finance

Hobbies:

  • He spends the majority of his time outside of work at his children's T-ball and soccer games, gymnastics competitions and recitals. In his free time he also enjoys reading, boating and yard work.
Jason Webster

Jason Webster | Clearlink EVP of Technology

Jason Webster has spent the past ten years working in a variety of technology positions, with a focus in online marketing and search technology. Jason is both a gifted strategist and technologist, who has developed complex multi-site content management systems and proprietary CRM software for CLEARLINK.

Hobbies:

  • Outside of work technology is his primary passion and hobby. He also loves volleyball, reading, fantasy football and PC gaming.
Ted Roxbury

Before joining the CLEARLINK team, Ted Roxbury studied Mechanical Engineering at Northeastern University. He then spent four years in the outdoor recreation industry as a guide and operations manager for Alaska Mountain Guides. As the EVP of Search Marketing, Ted leads a team of over 40 search marketers and oversees all Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) efforts.

Hobbies:

  • Rock climbing, mountain biking and photography.
Adam Mergist

Adam Mergist | Clearlink EVP of Finance
Since 2008

Prior to coming into his current role as Executive Vice President of Finance, Adam Mergist worked in several Accounting and Finance-related positions within the organization. Now, Adam devotes much of his time to analyzing company performance and providing financial transparency to upper management.

  • B.A. in Linguistics, with minors in Chinese, Business, Language and Computers, and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Utah.

Hobbies:

  • Sports (especially idolization of his favorite teams, the New Orleans Saints and the Utah Jazz), spending time with his family, and video games (he is a level 85 paladin and shaman).
  • Adam has three kids and three dogs.
