Salad Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
- 1 bag of spinach
- 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese
- 1 large carton of fat free cottage cheese drained
- 1 pomegranate, separated
- red onion (optional)

Dressing:
- 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
