Inside Sales Executive
The Inside Sales Executive will handle incoming phone calls from customers who already have interest in one or more of our consumer-branded products and services. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to connect quickly with people over the phone and have a solid understanding of the sales process in general. If you feel as though you fit this description, and you meet the requirements listed above, we want to hear from you. We also look for candidates who possess a strong work ethic, the ability to self-manage, a natural desire to learn, and excellent oral communication skills.
The Sales Manager will manage a small team of sales executives, oversee call quality, motivate and provide continued sales training. The ideal candidate for this position must have strong analytic and interpersonal skills to be able to analyze reports, assess strengths and weaknesses in your team, and target areas to work on to improve each individuals performance. The Sales Trainer will provide the initial training to all new sales executives, as well as the development and delivery of ongoing training content. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous sales experience, great organizational and communication skills and a knack for capturing attention through creating and presenting interesting presentations. Director of Sales
The Director of Sales will oversee all aspects of the sales process, analyze reports and interact with the sales managers to improve performance. The ideal candidate for this position will combine extensive sales experience with strong analytic skills and creativity to develop and implement sales practices and procedures.
