We received this IncBlot talent manifesto in our inbox last week from Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Daniel Crosby with the instructions to “Read it. Live it. Slap it on your office wall.” We’d never heard of a talent manifesto, but did a little research and came across this video talent manifesto by yoga apparel company Lululemon and got intrigued with the manifesto movement.

Dr. Crosby told us he wrote his talent manifesto because “the manifesto was me doing my best Martin Luther impression, just wanted to write down what I believe about talent, passion, and work and invite likeminded people to get on board.”
