(Salt Lake City, UT) – September 12, 2011 – CLEARLINK was recognized as a finalist in the 2011 Entrepreneur® Great Places to Work® Rankings: The 50 Best Small & Medium Workplaces.  CLEARLINK was featured as a finalist amongst the most successful workplaces nationwide, with 93% of company employees agreeing with the statement “all things considered, this is a great place to work.”

Before becoming a finalist, CLEARLINK administered the Great Places to Work® Trust Index to its employees, a grading sheet that reviews multiple facets of the company culture, benefits and work environment.  After receiving outstanding employee reviews, CLEARLINK then moved on to the second phase of the application—a rigorous culture audit that provided the judging committee with rich content: video, images, and narrative responses to questions about the company’s policies and employee programs.

“Making it as a finalist on the Entrepreneur® Great Places to Work® Rankings is a big honor for us,” said Mauri Love, Chief Culture Officer.  “As a business, we focus on three C’s: Content, Conversion and Culture.  Culture isn’t just a buzz word, it’s part of our growth philosophy and vision.  We have invested in our people, work environment, and benefits since the beginning, but it is both rewarding and exciting to know that such a high percentage of our staff recognizes and appreciates our efforts.”
