HR Business Partner – Salt Lake City

As an HR Business Partner at Clearlink, you’ll work directly with leadership to ensure that our environment encourages opportunity, success, and a meaningful employee experience. You’ll troubleshoot complex challenges and forge creative solutions that support our core values, and you’ll connect the dots between business strategy and human strategy.


Breaking Down Your Day-to-Day

  • Create connection and alignment with department leadership to promote a culture that supports our core values of people, craft, and business

  • Collaborate with managers and newly promoted employees to cultivate a high standard of leadership, performance motivation, and continuous improvement

  • Execute foundational HR functions; employee relations, HRIS transactions, seamless new hire onboarding and orientation, and conducting exit interviews


What You Need

  • 5+ years experience in HR roles

  • Thorough understanding of best practices in leadership & management

  • In-depth understanding of Employment Law & regulations/requirements

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

  • Ability to think critically, ask questions, and navigate complex situations

  • Ability to analyze and identify trends

  • HRIS fluency; Workday experience preferred
