We’re excited to find someone that can help grow our business through optimization of current digital marketing tactics, as well as testing and developing new marketing channels.


  • Lead marketing campaigns and strategies, owning the funnel from impression through IVR to POS
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to efficiently execute day-to-day objectives in line with high-level business goals
  • Partner with the account management team to present digital marketing strategies to our brand partners
  • Responsible for lead generation, volume, and cost per lead
  • Accountable for marketing spend and brand revenue
  • Report on marketing KPI’s and strategy to main stakeholders
  • Oversee and drive new opportunities for generating leads
  • Proactively pursue new channels to lead brand growth
  • Mentor teams, inspiring them to meet aggressive goals
  • Develop team members by providing one-on-one feedback, conducting training, and working together on projects
  • Cultivate potential and reward effort, ideation, performance, and success
  • Communicate brand vision and goals to account managers, SEO specialists, PPC specialists, copywriters, designers, brand managers, compliance specialists, and others


  • Firm understanding of marketing, SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Ability to proactively drive, grow and manage $50M-$100M digital business
  • Best-in-class digital strategy thought leadership

  • BS/BA in Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years minimum experience in digital marketing, preferably in lead gen business model
  • 3 years minimum experience in leadership, preferably in digital marketing
  • Ability to take high-level ideas and turn them into action items
  • Ability to keep your foot on the gas at all time, acting with urgency and positivity regardless of the obstacle
